In the past, she has advised Italian railway operators on introducing high-speed rail services, focusing on ridership forecasting, pricing and competition.
More recently, she led an international team to support a public transport operator in awarding a bus concession in Paris. She provided the technical offer on network evaluation, bus operations, ridership and revenue forecasting.
